New Breed of Modern Hybrid Golfer Coming

It used to be that golf was a top recreational activity preferred by many and played for enjoyment. Well, times and cultural expectations have certainly changed! New 2010 surveys show a major shift in golf popularity, in spite of numerous industry initiatives to attract and retain golfers. In fact, it's gotten so bad that the "Golf Channel" has had to resort in bringing back the famous major golfers from the bygone era of excess, in an attempt to bolster the shrinking ranks.

What's causing this major shift away from getting out on the course? Experts say that newcomers are intimidated by golf, along with seasoned golfers who are completely dropping the sport. Many say the big issue is the time factor, for others its the cost. Today's faster paced lifestyle works counter to a game that is slow at best. People find it exceedingly difficult to justify a six-hour block of time for golf. Longer and more difficult courses have made it hard for the average golfer, let alone beginners to enjoy themselves.

Current studies show that time, cost & difficulty are the major reasons golf is losing broad appeal. A changing world culture combined with modern eco-friendly requirements, has exposed the limitations of the traditional full-sized golf course and outmoded design standards.

As a result a new practical, economical & time oriented Hybrid approach, is occuring, which is attracting a "new breed" of golfer to the game. Using the same traditional format, Hybrid golf is played on shorter (executive, mid-length) golf courses across the country. Using the new Hi-performance Hybrid Golf Ball completes the total golf experience, improving the design & play of the shorter course to a new level and instantly recalibrating the par, complete with Par-3, 4 & 5 holes. The result allows for a quick, affordable & fun traditional regulation golf round, now to be played in a modest 2-3 hours!...also the ball floats and you can actually walk the course again!!

Think about it?....the same traditional golf game, played in half the time, with less cost & more enjoyment, on land saving, water & chemical reduced, walkable, enviro-responsible, mid-distance golf courses....it's the wave of the future!
